Job Brief

KliQr is hiring for the role of a content specialist responsible for developing and nurturing KliQr’s lead nurturing and conversion content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of organic lead generation campaigns and provide guidance on trends, best practices and evolving methodologies in content marketing. Top-line responsibilities for the role include; 
●Strategy-defining content strategy, creating a content calendar, and establishing a content deployment model that works for the business 
●Execution-create compelling copy for content, marketing assets and other deliverables that engage the business’ various target audiences  
●Brand building and awareness-develop a content library for distribution across KliQr’s digital platforms including marketing automation tools, social media, email and website  
Specific responsibilities for the role include; 
●Set the tone for KliQr’s content & creatives 
●Plan the roadmap to help the company establish content leadership  
    ○Define milestones, with timelines, to achieve content thought leadership
     ○Work with other members of the team to plan resources, infrastructure, and actions to meet those milestones 
●Write relevant, engaging, and creative copy
●Work with the Marketing team to create end-to-end content – idea, copy, and execution 
●Write well thought-out and structured content in the following formats;
 ○Blog posts 
○Industry thought-leadership articles
 ○Press releases 
○Ebooks and guides 
○White papers/reports 
○Case studies 
○Social media posts 
○Email marketing copy
 ○Video content (scripts, storyboards, filming and editing) 
○Website pages 
○Webinars and event pages
 ○Guest posts and outreach content  

Role Requirements 
●4+ years of content marketing in a B2B fintech environment in Nigeria. 
●Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field 
●Customer Focus: Ability to leverage customer insights to inform your thinking 
●Ability to take complex information and translate it to make data-driven decisions, using platforms like Google Analytics 
●Expert skills  in B2B content development for lead generation while leveraging SEO best practices 
●Passion and track record of building relationships through storytelling 
●Ability to creatively tell compelling stories with excellent writing and editing skills 
●A self-starter, with the ability to take initiative to learn and get things done 
●Interest in a long-term career in a dynamic and fast growing industry
